UPSC CMS 2024 Notification :
The Union Public Service Commission has officially released the notification for the UPSC Combined Medical Services 2024 Examination on April 10. Candidates who want to be appointed as MO Grade, ADMO, GDMO or GDMO Gr-II under MCD, CHS or Indian Railways may apply on or before April 30, 2024.
Candidates need to know that the UPSC has released the notification for the CMS 2024 Exam and now application is going to be available from 10 to 30 April 2024. Link to apply is made public on the official website of UPSC, each individual who meets the eligibility criteria are requested to apply in the initial stage in order to avoid the last minute rush.

Eligibility criteria :
Eligibility criteria for the Combined Medical Services 2024 exam in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below, check the listed points to find out that you meet the certain eligibility criteria to participate in the exam or not.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the final M.B.B.S. Examination to be eligible for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2024.
Candidates who are yet to complete their compulsory rotating internship are also eligible, but their admission will be provisional pending completion of the internship.
Age Limit:
Candidates must not exceed 32 years of age as of August 1, 2024, for most services/posts in the Combined Medical Services Examination 2024.
However, for Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Services, the upper age limit is 35 years.
How to apply & Fees :
To apply for the UPSC CMS 2024 exam, individuals are required to pay a fee of ₹200/-, if he or she belongs to General or Other Backward Class, except for Female, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates who are exempted from payment. The fee can be remitted either by cash at any Branch of SBI or through online modes such as net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
Exam date :
The CMS 2024 Exam is scheduled to be held on 14th July 2024 at various exam centres in offline mode. Each and every single person needs to know that it will take place with an exam time duration 02 hours for each paper, timing of the exam will be available on the admit card that will be made public on the official website a week before the exam date.
