- Associated Abnormalities: Uncommon (10% atresia).
- Omphalocele:
- Characteristic: Sac always present, may be ruptured.
- Defect Size: 2-15 cm.
- Gestational Age: Term.
- Umbilical Cord: Attached to the sac.
- Herniated Viscera: Small bowel, stomach, colon, liver.
- Malrotation: Yes.
- Bowel Character: Normal.
- Enteral Nutrition: Normal.
- Associated Abnormalities: Common (50%).
